We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs are illustrative; colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Specifications may change as the product is improved.

4. Intended use and health notice

RECVIA products are wellness and sports recovery devices intended for general comfort and relaxation. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. If you are pregnant, have a circulatory disorder, a blood clotting condition, deep vein thrombosis, an open wound, a skin infection, a fracture, a pacemaker or any implanted electronic device, consult a qualified health professional before use. Stop using the device and seek advice if you feel pain, numbness or discomfort.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout before you confirm payment. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Prices may change at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

6. Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — where an item is unavailable, where a price or description error has occurred, or where we suspect fraud.

7. Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

All content on this website — text, images, logos, the RECVIA name and design elements — is our property or is used under licence, and may not be reproduced without written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any product is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
