Ordering & delivery

How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Standard delivery within Australia takes 5 to 9 business days from dispatch; Express takes 3 to 6. International orders take 8 to 16 business days. Full details are on our Shipping policy page.

How much is shipping?
Australia: AUD 11 Standard, AUD 15 Express. International: AUD 20.

Do you ship outside Australia?
Yes, to selected countries in Europe, North America and Asia. Available destinations show at checkout. Import duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.

How do I track my order?
You receive a tracking link by email at dispatch. See Track my order.

Returns & warranty

Can I return it?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, in resaleable condition and complete with all accessories and packaging. Email support@recvia.com for a return authorisation. Full terms: Returns & refund policy.

How long does a refund take?
We inspect the return within 3 business days, then the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Is there a warranty?
Yes — 12 months against manufacturing defects from the delivery date.

Using RecLegs

How long is a session?
20 to 30 minutes. Most people use them 3 to 5 times a week, or straight after a hard training session.

Which size should I choose?
Short, Regular and Long refer to leg length. If you are unsure or between sizes, email support@recvia.com before ordering and we will help you choose.

Can I use them over clothing?
Yes. Most people wear leggings or track pants underneath for comfort.

How do I clean them?
Wipe the inside with a damp cloth and let them air-dry. Do not machine wash and do not submerge the controller.

Safety

Is RecLegs a medical device?
No. RecLegs is a wellness and sports recovery device intended for comfort and relaxation. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Who should check with a doctor first?
If you are pregnant, or have a circulatory or blood clotting condition, deep vein thrombosis, an open wound, a skin infection, a fracture, a pacemaker or another implanted electronic device, speak to a qualified health professional before use. Stop using the device if you feel pain or numbness.
